Every June, we celebrate our founder, Theodore Brickman, Sr., by donating one day's time to a community service project, and ending the day with a family picnic.

Training and Education
Brickman University provides a foundation in essentials required to be successful no matter what your chosen career path. Brickman U's core curriculum includes: horticulture, crew management, production planning, production techniques, and administrative essentials. Most BU courses are offered in English and Spanish. Additional training opportunities with Brickman are continuously developed and implemented to correlate with changes in the industry. Feedback from all employees regarding their desires for learning is an essential aspect to the success of all of our training programs. To augment Brickman's internal training, tuition reimbursement is available for relevant courses of study.
