Seasonal Color Designers
Brickman is known for its seasonal color program, augmenting clients' sites with vibrant, uplifting floral displays. Each year, our Seasonal Color Designers out-do themselves with creative designs that enhance our sites, and bring new life to existing landscape features with color and texture. Our Seasonal Color Designers are typically degreed in horticulture and design, so they ensure our flower displays will not only be aesthetically pleasing, but will remain healthy and strong no matter the climate or soil conditions.

Sports Turf Specialists
Brickman's Sports Turf specialists are among the leaders in the sports turf industry. Led by Murray Cook, an internationally recognized authority on the subject, our sports turf team combines a thorough knowledge of turf science with an understanding of turf management issues that are common to professional, amateur and collegiate teams alike. Our turf specialists have consulted on design, renovation and maintenance projects for stadiums in the US and around the world, including Major League Baseball, the Olympics in Sydney, Athens and Beijing, as well as Baseball's World Cup in Taiwan.

Irrigation Specialists
As part of Brickman's comprehensive approach to site maintenance, we don't stop after the flowers are planted and the grass mowed. Trained in all aspects of water management, such as timing, clock systems, soil evaluation, even system winterization, our irrigation specialists ensure that your landscape investment receives the proper support throughout the growing cycle.

Production Specialists
Brickman is committed to providing the best value for the customer's landscape dollar. So, while every Brickman team member is trained in best production practices, we also employ Production Specialists, whose job is to examine those practices and ensure we are using the most efficient methods. Production Specialists travel the country, surveying individual branches for the best, most efficient techniques. They then standardize those processes, and share them with the rest of the company. In this way, every Brickman Branch becomes a living laboratory, where we can experiment with continuously improving our production practices. The end result is delivering to our clients the best value for their money.

Educators
Brickman is an organization based on learning. Our approach to education combines a theory-based foundation in management practices (based on the philosophy of Dr. W. Edwards Deming) with a solid grounding in field skills. All supervisory personnel complete Brickman University, a core curriculum that delivers comprehensive in-house training in management, leadership, communication, motivation and customer service. Management training is complemented by further production training in horticulture, production planning, production techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety, to ensure Brickman team member are well-equipped to deliver excellent service in every aspect of their jobs.

National Account Managers
Brickman National Account Managers maintain a special focus on the unique needs of our national clients, acting as liaisons to communicate the client's larger vision for their properties and to coordinate service from our Regions and Branches across the country. These seasoned account representatives have grown up in the Brickman system, with years of experience in horticulture and operations. So they not only know what Brickman needs to do to serve a client, but they know how to do it.
